A little help, when you need it
Begin with what you have
A name and a few words are enough to save a private draft. Dates can be unknown or year-only. Your story and poem line breaks are preserved. Wait for “Saved” before closing the editor.
Photos and video
Upload JPEG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC/HEIF photos, and supported MP4/MOV video. Photos can be up to 20 MiB; video up to 250 MiB and three minutes. Processing can take a little time. Failed uploads explain what to change and can be removed before trying again.
Payment and publication
Payment confirmation can arrive after you leave Shopify. Check your dashboard if a return page is missing. If payment is processing or needs review, contact support before purchasing again. Publishing is a separate owner action that starts ten years of hosting.
Sharing
Private means only you and your accepted co-manager. Link sharing lets anyone with the secret link view and forward it. Public means anyone can view the ordinary memorial address. Search indexing is a separate permission. You can revoke sharing in settings.
Keep a copy
Request an archive from Downloads. It includes originals, viewing copies, your writing, approved condolences, offline HTML, and a PDF. Downloaded originals may contain their original camera metadata.
